Conifer Park’s Liverpool OPC provides a wide range of services, addressing the needs of a diverse client base. We offer a variety of services for Adults, and Adolescents, up to 5 times per week. We provide chemical dependency treatment for the general population as well as those with specialized treatment needs.

Groups provide an opportunity for staff to address client needs based on gender and age, and assist those coping with mental health, legal and other life issues.

Late afternoon sessions are offered for Adolescents during the week (please call for specific days) to accommodate school schedules.

• DWI evaluations (completed with evening and Saturday appointments available)
• DWI specific groups offered
• Dual focus (for patients with a mental health diagnosis and condition)
• Early intervention and recovery topics
• Family systems
• Gender-specific groups for men and women
• Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) support group (no fee)
• Opiate groups
• PAWS/Stress, anxiety and meditation
• Relapse prevention
• Self-help and sober support networks
