Conifer Park, Inc. offers a very generous paid-time-off package. Time off is pro-rated based upon date of hire. Union employees employed as of the first of the year are eligible for 9 holidays, 2 personal days, a total of 10 sick days, 7 floating holidays and 10 days of vacation. Based upon years of service, the maximum amount of vacation time off is 25 days. Part-time employees (20 hours to 31 hours), are also eligible for many benefits on a pro-rated basis.

ADDICTION TECHNICIAN

As Needed/ Per Diem all shifts
Monitors, oversees, and escorts patients. Review notes and appropriate documentation on patients on a daily basis helping to ensure continuity and compliance with treatment. Provide psycho-education services. Monitors and enforces the facility policy as it relates to patient behavioral management issues.
Requirements: HSD or GED. 1-3 yrs experience in the Human Services or Health Care field, including positions requiring patient contact and general use of appropriate interpersonal skills including patient to staff boundaries and management of patient/client groups. NOTE: some positions required Adolescent experience & CPR.
BILLING SPECIALIST
Location: Glenville, NY
FT/40 Monday thru Friday 8am – 5pm (2 openings) Third party reimbursement and/or collections, electronic billing experience and physician/hospital billing experience a plus. Ability to perform follow-up calls to insurance companies, calculate and post patient account adjustments, run daily billing, handles outstanding accounts, and communicate with all clinics regarding any billing issues.
Requirements: HSD/GED with 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing. Prefer Associates with 1 year of related experience.
CREDENTIALING SPECIALIST
Location: Glenville, NY
PT/20 Flexible
Credential providers with various insurance companies and government agencies.
Requirements: Associates degree, or high school with two years billing and/or credentialing experience. Experience in Excel and Word. NPI and CAQH data base experience preferred.
CRISIS SERVICES TECHNICIAN
Location: Glenville, NY
PT/16 Sun & Mon 3:00p—11:30p
As Needed day and evening shifts.
Provides clerical, nursing, & clinical support for the Primary Care Unit and under the supervision of an RN assists in the delivery of comprehensive, quality care to patients. Provides psycho-education services such as addiction seminars, speaker’s meetings and other groups as needed.
Requirements: HSD/GED required. 1-3 years in direct patient care. Medical terminology. Strong telephone and interpersonal skills and CPR certification required. Trained in taking vitals.
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
Location: Glenville, NY
FT/40 3:00p—11:30p includes an q/o weekend schedule
PT/16 11:15p—7:15a includes an q/o weekend schedule
Per Diem days, eves, & overnights
Collaborates with the RN in the implementation of a total health care regime including participation w/ patient and family teaching including discharge planning. Provides data to assist in the evaluation of patients' responses to plan of care. Med pass.
Requirements: Vocational/Technical School w/ 1-3 yrs exp. Current NYS LPN license and CPR certification required.
REGISTERED NURSE

Per Diem all shifts
Performs assessments focusing on physiologic and cognitive status. Formulates a goal-directed plan of care. Evaluates effectiveness of care and patient progress toward outcomes.
Requirements: Associate Degree, current NYS RN license w/1-3 yrs exp and CPR certification required.
SECURITY GUARD
Location: Glenville, NY
Part-time & as needed
Must be able to maintain and monitor security throughout facility according to procedure, exercise good judgment and discretion, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Requirements: Position requires current NYS Security Guard License and valid NYS Driver’s License. HSD/GED; prior training in security, law enforcement, or related field;and 3 years pertinent experience.

THERAPIST
Location: Schenectady, NY
FT/40 TBD
MUST HAVE CASAC, LMSW, NBCC, CRC, or LMHC with 1 – 3 years Case Management in Chemical Dependency. Provide case management as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing assessments, conduct individual, family, group and crisis counseling to a caseload of up to 30 clients.
